At Safety Glasses USA, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your protective eyewear and gear. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange most items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Request an RMA

  Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original, unopened packaging and include a copy of your invoice or the RMA confirmation to ensure accurate processing.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or use a traceable shipping method to send the package back to our distribution center in its original condition.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your requested exchange items within 5-7 business days.
